Dr. Hertzmann is a postdoctoral fellow who earned her doctorate of psychology from Adler University. She has experience working in a variety of settings with individuals across the lifespan.

Dr. Hertzmann also has a passion for conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations with individuals of all ages to assist clients in better understanding their psychological needs. She provides all clients with individualized recommendations that offers them the support to achieve their highest potential. Dr. Hertzmann frequently assesses clients for diagnoses that include, but are not limited to ADHD, Autism, learning disabilities, depression, anxiety, OCD, personality disorders, behavioral concerns, among various others.

From a therapeutic standpoint, Dr. Hertzmann has a passion for working with adults and older teens, as well as couples. Her areas of specialty include working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues. She believes building a strong therapeutic relationship in a safe, nonjudgmental space is imperative to successful treatment. She uses a values-based approach that aims to improve the client’s ability to overcome past unhelpful thoughts and future anxieties to assist the client in living their life in the present moment.

In her free time, Dr. Hertzmann enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
