
Isabelle Payton, Psy.D.
Post-Doctoral Fellow

Dr. Payton is a postdoctoral clinical psychology fellow with a deep passion for helping individuals feel understood and supported throughout their mental health journey. She earned both her master’s and doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Indianapolis and has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings, including college counseling, community mental health, and private practice.
Dr. Payton has a strong interest in providing psychological evaluations to individuals across the lifespan. She is committed to seeing the whole person and works diligently to
arrive at accurate diagnoses. She finds great value in helping clients gain deeper self-understanding and offering a path forward through thoughtful, personalized recommendations.
In therapy, Dr. Payton brings a warm, open, and flexible approach. She values working collaboratively, honoring each client’s unique needs and individual experience. She
particularly enjoys working with older teens and adults in the therapeutic setting. Outside of work, Dr. Payton enjoys spending time with friends and family (including her beloved cat), watching a good show, listening to live music, exploring coffee shops, and traveling.
