Abbie is a clinical intern working towards a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling at DePaul University. She is committed to creating a collaborative and welcoming space for each and every client to explore their personal strengths, goals, and values.

Throughout each session, Abbie utilizes empirically supported approaches informed by cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). She works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, autism, OCD, ADHD, and other mental health concerns.

Abbie has a background in providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy with neurodivergent children. As a registered behavior technician (RBT), she modeled emotional regulation strategies, taught communication skills, and encouraged resilience and autonomy with her clients.

During her free time, Abbie enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing ice hockey, hiking, and reading.
