Justin has a deep interest in helping others overcome anxiety, depression, and difficult life transitions. Justin is passionate about working with people experiencing grief; whether from someone's passing, the loss of a relationship, or any other type of loss. He enjoys working with couples and is skilled at helping partners communicate better and learn how to prioritize their relationship.
Justin has a person-centered approach with an emphasis on NarrativeTherapy. He believes healing is part of developing a b etter understanding of our own stories. With couples, he uses the Gottman Method, Imago, as well as his specialty-Narrative Therapy. Justin has a gentle approach, incorporating various interventions into his practices, and works to create an environment of comfort and understanding to foster client's
growth/healing.
Justin earned his bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bradley University. He’s currently attending Benedictine University Master’s Program in Clinical Psychology. Prior to pursuing his master’s degree, Justin worked at a behavioral health hospital for multiple years where he gained invaluable experience working with various populations and various types of struggles
including depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood concerns, and trauma, among others.
For fun Justin likes to read, play piano, draw, paint, and go on walks outdoors.
