Headshot - Olivia 2.jpg

Olivia believes everyone has the potential to help themselves when equipped with the right tools. She offers clients a supportive space where they can work at their own pace towards their tailored goals, challenging clients when beneficial. Olivia understands that starting therapy can be a daunting experience, which is why she values a non-judgmental, direct, and gentle approach. Olivia frequently utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to reframe and explore any negative thought patterns and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help her clients reduce intense emotions and improve their interpersonal relationships.

Therapeutically, Olivia has experience working with a variety of different individuals with different presenting concerns, with a soft spot for those dealing with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Olivia does not believe in using the word “fix” in session and will kindly remind clients to replace it with “manage”, as she believes no one is in need of “fixing”. Olivia is skilled in working one-on-one with children, adolescents, and adults. Her friendly presence puts all of her clients at ease.

Olivia earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Illinois State University. She is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Aurora University.

In her free time, Olivia likes yoga, reading psychological thrillers, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
