Olivia believes everyone has the potential to help themselves when equipped with the right tools. She offers a supportive, welcoming space where clients can work at their own pace toward achieving their personalized therapeutic goals. Olivia incorporates a variety of therapeutic modalities with a focus on strengths-based therapy and a person-centered approach.
Therapeutically, Olivia is passionate about working directly with children, adolescents, and adults; with a soft spot for individuals struggling with life transitions. While working with clients, she values a direct yet thoughtful approach, grounded in active listening and empathy. Olivia is skilled in working one-on-one with children, adolescents, and adults but also values the collaboration with parents when treating children. Clinically, Olivia has experience working with clients in an outpatient setting administering individual and family counseling. Her friendly presence puts all of her clients at ease.
Olivia earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Illinois State University. She is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Aurora University.
In her free time, Olivia likes hot yoga, reading psychological thrillers, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
