• Fox Clinical Services Clinical Services offers pre-operative psychological evaluations for adults considering bariatric surgery or spinal cord stimulators, amongst other medical procedures.Evaluations are conducted by Dr. Nick and take no longer than three hours to complete. They include computerized assessments and a clinical interview. Results are then communicated to the client and their physician. Recommendations and psychometric test scores are well documented for insurance purposes and for the medical staff caring for the patient. Dr. Nick has relationships with a number of local physicians who commonly refer clients for pre-surgical evaluations.
